- Do you publish bulk pricing?
- No. Bulk pricing depends on quantity, product, branding requirement and delivery location, so every bulk order is quoted individually in writing.
- Is custom label design compulsory?
- No. Custom branding is optional. You can order standard JAL bottles, have JAL design a label, or supply your own artwork.
- What artwork formats do you accept?
- PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG and SVG, with AI and EPS accepted where technically feasible. Maximum 20 MB per file.
- Does submitting artwork mean it is approved?
- No. All artwork is reviewed for technical print compatibility, and a proof is shared before production begins.
- Which bottle sizes are available?
- 250 mL, 500 mL, 1000 mL standard and 1000 mL premium round. The 850 mL format is marked coming soon.
- Can you supply hotels and restaurants on a recurring basis?
- Yes. Recurring supply is arranged through a written partnership proposal with an agreed delivery schedule.
